A senior Proposal Engineer is sought by Leap Networks Arabia for telecom and ELV projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal preparation for telecom/ELV bids
• Design and specify solutions for structured cabling and networks
• Prepare technical bid clarifications and responses
• Source and negotiate supplier/subcontractor quotations
• Produce prequalification documents and project reference material
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications engineering
• 15+ years' experience in proposals/estimation for low current, ELV and telecom systems
• Strong track record with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, or similar clients
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC 11801, NFPA 72, IEC)
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/Visio, and estimation tools
• Excellent technical writing in English; Arabic is an advantage
