A Planning & Cost Control Engineer is needed for a 5-star hospitality project in Al Khobar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project schedules
• Monitor progress reports and performance updates
• Conduct delay analysis and variation control
• Manage risk, recovery, and mitigation
• Prepare and submit required reports
• Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and EVM

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in MEP planning and cost control
• Experience in high-rise buildings and 5-star hotels
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience in estimation, cost control, and project monitoring
• Strong understanding of resource planning and management
