Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical systems on production lines
- Perform PLC/HMI fault-finding and backup
- Follow electrical safety practices and cGMP requirements
- Plan preventive maintenance and repairs
- Supervise and coach technicians
- Coordinate with Production and QA teams
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience
- 2+ years of team leadership experience
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Good knowledge of electrical systems and PLCs
- Willingness to work shifts and in cleanroom environments
