• Manage Permit-to-Work procedures for HV/EHV grids
• Open Sanction for Test and process Line Clearances
• Coordinate isolation and energization clearances
• Oversee safety compliance and site supervision
• Liaise with SEC and project stakeholders
• Ensure smooth execution of electrical works

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Valid SEC-Approved C1 and/or C2 Certificate
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership
• years of HV/EHV substation experience
• Transferable iqama or willingness to be sponsored
