An Electrical BIM Modeler is sought for a major Saudi development project.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed electrical BIM models
• Develop and manage electrical and lighting designs
• Collaborate on multi-discipline coordination
• Perform clash detection and resolve issues
• Ensure accurate data handover and asset registers
• Work with project teams to deliver digital projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Electrical BIM
• 3+ years of experience in External Lighting / Infrastructure
• Expertise in Revit MEP, Civil 3D, and Dynamo
• Experience with LOD 500 As-Built, Electrical & Landscape Lighting, Utility Networks
• Knowledge of COBie, Asset Registers, Shared Parameters, Data Handover
• Familiarity with ISO 19650, BEP, CDE
