Tanatel is seeking an E-commerce & Website Manager to oversee e-commerce operations and drive online revenue growth in the Saudi and GCC markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify website and daily e-commerce operations
• Develop and execute online sales strategies
• Optimize website performance and user experience
• Manage product listings and online merchandising
• Monitor website analytics and sales performance
• Coordinate with marketing, IT, and commercial teams

Requirements

• Proven E-commerce and Website Management experience
• Hands-on Shopify experience
• Previous Saudi market and GCC experience
• Understanding of Saudi e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior
• Knowledge of SEO, CRO, GA4, and e-commerce analytics
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
