A Draftsman is needed for a construction company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specializing in hotel and high-rise projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
• Develop and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and IFC drawings
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers
• Interpret and implement project specifications, BOQs, and technical drawings
• Ensure proper coordination between Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines
• Modify and update drawings based on site conditions and design changes

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or high-rise building construction
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office
• Experience in MEP coordination drawings is preferred
• Familiarity with BIM processes and clash detection is an advantage
• Good understanding of construction standards and codes in Saudi Arabia
