An Architectural Draftsman is needed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural shop drawings
• Create detailed drawings and as-built drawings
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Coordinate with MEP disciplines
• Work independently to meet project deadlines
• Ensure accuracy in drafting work

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit is an advantage
• Experience with architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings
• Knowledge of construction materials and site requirements
• Experience working on building construction projects
• Valid iqama (for local hire)

Benefits

• Salary: SAR 3,500 - 4,000 per month
• Local hire with valid iqama holders preferred
