A Dispatching Manager is sought by a food and beverage manufacturing company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to lead and optimize dispatching and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatching operations
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules and routes
• Manage and supervise dispatching teams and drivers
• Ensure proper handling and delivery of food products
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Operations teams
• Monitor delivery performance and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or distribution management
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, route planning, and delivery coordination
• Experience managing high volume, multi-branch distribution operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems and dispatching documentation
• Fluency in English
