Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across multiple entities
• Drive payroll compliance and risk management
• Manage payroll vendors and stakeholder relationships
• Lead and develop payroll professionals
• Champion automation and transformation initiatives
• Ensure exceptional employee experience

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in payroll operations or related disciplines
• Experience with Investment Banks or Big 4 firms
• Strong leadership experience managing senior payroll teams
• Hands-on experience in India payroll operations and statutory compliance
• Experience in global shared services or financial services preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and HRMS/payroll technologies desirable
