Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling and prospecting
- Conduct online and onsite product demonstrations
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals
- Manage negotiations and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA Marketing preferred
- 3-8 years of experience in ERP, HRMS, CRM, SaaS, or Business Software Sales
- Strong B2B sales, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure skills
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to undergo 3 months of intensive training
