Responsibilities

• Coordinate development activities for building projects
• Build dynamic pricing models and standard pricing structures
• Work with Finance on cash flow and forecasting
• Set up development workflows and track timelines
• Run market, technical, and financial analysis
• Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, and budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in real estate development
• 3+ years in development or project management role

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
