ARTIFEX GROUP is seeking a Development & Stakeholder Relations Director for a major hospitality development in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver major hospitality development projects
• Liaise with Waqf representatives, government authorities, and contractors
• Obtain governmental approvals and permits
• Negotiate with stakeholders
• Manage project planning, design coordination, and construction progress
• Resolve project issues and ensure accountability

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Saudi real estate development
• Experience in hospitality or major real estate projects
• Strong experience with government authorities and regulatory approvals
• Fluent Arabic and professional English
• Saudi nationals preferred
• Experience in Madinah or Makkah
