Demand & Supply Analyst for Plenty Food Company in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Study daily demand patterns of each branch
• Analyse sales, ordering, and waste data
• Compare projected demand against actual sales
• Oversee daily branch ordering
• Track branch stock and inventory levels
• Share insights with operations and supply chain teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering
• + years' experience in demand planning or data analysis
• Proven experience in restaurant or F&B operations
• Excellent Excel skills
• Familiarity with POS or inventory systems
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic
