A Customs Clearance Specialist is needed in Jubail for a company that requires expertise in customs clearance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments
• Prepare and submit customs declarations through ZATCA/Bayan systems
• Verify commercial invoices and other required documents
• Check HS Codes, customs duties, VAT, and applicable fees
• Coordinate with ZATCA and shipping lines
• Follow up on customs inspections and shipment releases

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
• 2-5 years of customs clearance experience in Saudi Arabia
• Knowledge of Saudi customs clearance procedures and ZATCA requirements
• Experience with Bayan and FASAH is preferred
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Saudi nationality preferred
