Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise Beauty Advisors
- Ensure professional grooming and presentation standards
- Conduct product knowledge and sales training
- Monitor attendance and shift schedules
- Drive sales productivity and business targets
- Coordinate with store managers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- 2-5 years of Modern Trade operations experience
- Experience in Skincare, Cosmetics, Beauty Care, or Personal Care industry
- Experience managing Beauty Advisors or retail promoters an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills
- Graduation in any discipline preferred
