A Cost Engineer is needed at Emkan Holding Group in Al Khobar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost estimates
• Track actual project costs against approved budgets
• Prepare periodic cost reports, forecasts, and cash-flow projections
• Monitor commitments, purchase orders, and project expenditures
• Analyze cost performance and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, Finance, and other departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related
• years of experience in cost engineering or related project environment
• Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Experience in construction, contracting, industrial, or project-based environments preferred
