A Cost Controller is needed for a luxury restaurant in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost reports and variance analysis
• Conduct financial summaries and budgeting
• Monitor food, labor, and operational costs
• Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Work with restaurant managers and procurement teams
• Ensure accurate forecasting

Requirements

• Experience in cost control or finance
• Proficiency in Foodics and financial systems
• Analytical and budgeting skills
• Communication and teamwork skills
