A Cost Controller is sought by a restaurant and coffee shop company in Saudi Arabia to oversee costs across multiple branches.
Responsibilities
- Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs across branches
- Calculate food and beverage costs and gross profit margins
- Prepare recipe costing and determine menu item costs
- Monitor inventory levels and stock movements
- Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
- Analyze wastage, spoilage, and stock variances
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in cost control, preferably in restaurants or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage costing
- Experience with inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Good Excel skills and familiarity with POS and inventory systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
