A Control Tower Operator is sought by a leading transportation company in Jeddah.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time transportation operations and fleet movements
• Coordinate daily logistics activities and act as a central communication hub
• Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve delivery exceptions
• Maintain accurate tracking logs and operational reports
• Execute prompt problem-solving and analytical skills
• Work in an independent remote environment with operational oversight

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and logistics tracking tools
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and commit to a 3-rotating-shift schedule
