A Contracts Specialist is needed by a company in façade manufacturing and construction projects to review contracts and assess risks.

Responsibilities

• Review client contracts and related documents
• Examine contract clauses and terms
• Identify ambiguous wording and commercial risks
• Prepare contract summaries and proposed amendments
• Support contract negotiations
• Coordinate with management and legal advisers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or engineering contracts review
• Ability to interpret complex clauses and prepare recommendations
• Knowledge of construction contracts and FIDIC forms
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Written English proficiency
