MADKOUR is hiring a Contracts Manager to manage contracts and commercial interests across projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Review EPC contracts and identify risks
• Prepare EOT, variation, delay, and cost claims
• Draft contractual notices and correspondence
• Monitor contractual obligations and deadlines
• Coordinate with project teams on claims

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 10-12 years of EPC or construction experience
• Experience in contract review and claims preparation
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts, EOT, and delay claims
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia
• Valid Iqama for KSA residents
