A Contract Specialist is needed for a leading industrial project in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract agreements throughout the contract lifecycle
• Draft, review and process contracts in compliance with company policies
• Prepare and issue RFQs, tenders and commercial inquiries
• Evaluate commercial proposals and prepare bid tabulations
• Support negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor contract performance and compliance obligations

Requirements

• Experience in Contract Management, Sub-Contract Administration, Tendering, and Commercial Management
• Background in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, EPC, Industrial, or Energy sectors
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia
• Immediate or very short notice availability
