A leading company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Construction Projects Director to manage major building construction projects in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple major building construction projects
• Manage Project Managers and Construction Managers
• Control project costs and cash flow
• Handle contracts, claims, and variations
• Manage project schedules using Primavera P6
• Oversee project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 25 years of total construction experience
• At least 10 years of experience as a Projects Director / Projects Manager
• Proven experience managing multiple major building construction projects
• Strong leadership experience managing Project Managers and Construction Managers
• PMP certification
