A leading contracting company seeks a Construction Projects Director to oversee building projects in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building projects
• Manage project portfolio
• Ensure cost control
• Manage risk
• Protect company's contractual rights
• Manage P&L and cash flow

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• PMP certification
• 25+ years of experience in major building projects
• Experience with Tier 1 contracting companies or Giga Projects in Saudi Arabia
• Strong commercial and financial capabilities
• Advanced negotiation skills
