• Manage and evaluate Project Managers and Construction Managers
• Monitor project schedules and costs
• Drive cost control and cash flow management
• Oversee contracts and claims
• Ensure effective coordination of Civil, Architectural, and MEP works

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Extensive experience in building construction
• Previous experience as Projects Director or equivalent
• Proven experience managing multiple major projects
• Strong commercial management and cost control skills
• Advanced Primavera P6 experience
