Tamara, a leading shopping and payments platform in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region, seeks a Compliance Senior Associate to support its Compliance Department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations related to payment services
• Review and approve new products for SAMA requirements
• Monitor internal processes for regulatory adherence
• Track and implement changes from SAMA circulars and updates
• Review and maintain internal policies and procedures
• Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports to SAMA

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance at a SAMA-regulated payments entity
• Solid understanding of SAMA's regulatory framework for payment services
• Experience in regulatory reporting and policy review
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
