A financial and investment company in Riyadh seeks a Compliance & AML/CTF Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and agreements
• Provide legal opinions on regulatory matters
• Monitor compliance with Capital Market Law
• Develop and maintain compliance manual
• Implement AML/CTF policies and procedures
• Conduct KYC and customer due diligence reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Sharia & Law
• CME-1 certification
• 3-5 years of experience in legal, compliance, or AML roles
• Strong knowledge of CMA regulations and Saudi AML/CTF requirements
• Excellent legal drafting and communication skills in Arabic and English
• Saudi Nationals Only
