A Civil Estimator is needed for construction projects in Jubail.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings and specifications
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Estimate costs for excavation and concrete works
• Prepare BOQs and rate analysis
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Monitor construction material prices

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in civil estimation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of quantity take-off tools
• Strong knowledge of construction methods
