Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of residential buildings to identify defects
- Supervise civil repair and maintenance activities
- Inspect and coordinate rectification of construction defects
- Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors
- Prepare inspection reports and corrective action plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance activities
- Knowledge of residential building construction and civil maintenance
- Ability to identify construction defects and recommend corrective actions
- Familiarity with concrete repairs and general civil maintenance
- Strong coordination and communication skills
