A Civil 3D BIM Modeler – Utilities is needed for remote infrastructure BIM projects.
Responsibilities
- Create 3D BIM models for utility infrastructure
- Prepare Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings
- Develop COBie documentation
- Collaborate on infrastructure BIM projects
- Work with Autodesk Civil 3D and other software
- Model dry and wet utilities
Requirements
- 3+ years of Civil 3D BIM modeling experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experience in Dry & Wet Utilities Modeling
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD
- Personal laptop/workstation for BIM tasks
- Experience with Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, COBie
