The Chief Steward oversees the stewarding team at Delta Limited Company, a large-scale catering service provider based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the stewarding team
• Plan manpower for daily service and events
• Run cleaning and deep-cleaning programs
• Maintain team audit-readiness
• Control chemicals and supplies
• Oversee waste management

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in stewarding
• 3+ years as Chief, Head or Senior Steward
• Large-scale catering experience
• Valid HACCP and food safety certification
• Good English language skills
• Arabic language skills a plus
