A Chief Operating Officer (COO) is needed for a Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Facilities Management contracts
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs
• Manage operational budgets and contract profitability
• Lead and develop contract managers and facility managers
• Oversee maintenance operations
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and Saudi regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management or Operations & Maintenance
• 5+ years of senior operational management experience
• Experience managing multiple FM contracts and operational budgets
• Knowledge of hard and soft FM services and contract management
• Proven team management skills
