Requirements
- + years of experience in finance and accounting
- + years as CFO or Group Finance Director
- Proven IPO experience
- Experience with Tadawul or Nomu markets preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise
- Strategic expertise in M&A, joint ventures, and banking facilities
