A Chief Financial Officer is sought by an investment company in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, to lead the finance function and support strategic investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and annual budgeting
• Oversee financial reporting and management accounts
• Support investment decisions through financial modelling
• Ensure strong financial controls and treasury management
• Maintain compliance with Saudi regulations
• Partner with Executive Directors and Chairman

Requirements

• 10-15 years of relevant finance experience
• 5-6 years of experience in Saudi Arabia
• Proven senior finance leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA qualification preferred
• Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations
