Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic shawarma
• Marinate and handle meat
• Grill and slice shawarma
• Assemble sandwiches
• Serve customers
• Maintain food safety procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in shawarma preparation
• Knowledge of chicken and meat shawarma
• Experience with marination and seasoning
• Skilled in operating vertical shawarma grills
• Transferable Iqama required
• Nepali, Bangladeshi, or Filipino nationality preferred
