An Indian Chef is needed for an Indian restaurant in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Tandoor oven
• Prepare Naan, Roti & Indian Breads
• Cook Chicken & Mutton Biryani
• Prepare Indian Curries & Masala dishes
• Coordinate kitchen orders
• Maintain consistent taste and quality

Requirements

• + years of experience in Indian restaurants
• Excellent Tandoor & Naan skills
• Ability to operate a Tandoor oven
• Skilled in Indian Breads
• Strong experience in Biryani / Dum Biryani
• Knowledge of Indian Curries & Masala dishes
