Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for Roti and Rogani Naan
• Knead and ferment dough
• Shape and cook Roti and Rogani Naan
• Maintain consistent taste and texture
• Ensure cleanliness and organization
• Handle tandoor and control temperature

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as Roti & Rogani Naan Chef
• Experience making Roti, Chapati, Rogani Naan, Paratha, Kulcha
• Knowledge of dough preparation, kneading, fermentation
• Valid Iqama or Baladiya Card
• Currently living in or around Khobar or Dammam
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
