A Chef is needed for a multi-concept restaurant group in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full kitchen operations across all branches
• Develop and test new menu items
• Calculate and manage food cost
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and waste control
• Train and develop kitchen teams
• Support new F&B projects from concept to launch

Requirements

• + years experience in multi-branch kitchen management
• Knowledge of multiple cuisines (Western, Asian, healthy/bowl concepts)
• Understanding of food cost calculation and Food Cost %
• Creative mindset for menu innovation
• Strong leadership skills for multi-site team management
• Commitment to food safety standards (HACCP/municipality regulations)
