A Category Strategy & Revenue Growth Manager is sought by a consumer-focused organisation to enhance category performance and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop category growth plans and commercial strategies
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity
• Optimise pricing, promotions, product assortment, and channel performance
• Monitor sales, revenue, market share, and profitability KPIs
• Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams
• Present category performance and growth recommendations to leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in category management or commercial strategy
• FMCG, retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce experience
• Strong analytical and commercial planning skills
• Category analytics and business intelligence tools familiarity
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Proven ability to translate insights into business improvements
