An Arabic-speaking Call Operator is needed in Riyadh for a full-time indoor job.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming business phone calls
• Listen carefully to spoken Arabic
• Communicate with customers in Saudi Arabic
• Confirm customer bookings and appointments
• Handle customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain clear and professional telephone communication

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Arabic (Saudi Arabic preferred)
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Clear voice and good telephone manners
• Previous call-handling experience preferred
• Pakistani, Indian, or Bangladeshi nationality preferred
