The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and secure manpower supply contracts for a manpower supply company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Approach major EPC contractors and potential clients for manpower supply opportunities
• Develop business opportunities for skilled, semi-skilled, and professional manpower
• Review RFQs, tenders, and requests for manpower quotations
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
• Experience in manpower supply, contracting, or industrial services
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas, EPC, petrochemical, industrial, and construction sectors
• Experience with RFQs, tenders, commercial negotiations, quotations, and contract management
• Existing relationships with client procurement, project management, HR, and subcontracting teams
