The company is seeking a Business Development & International Recruitment professional to manage international recruitment and business development across GCC countries.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new international clients and business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients
- Handle end-to-end international recruitment
- Source and screen candidates for overseas placements
- Manage client accounts and recruitment pipelines
- Coordinate visa processing and overseas onboarding
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in international recruitment or business development
- Experience in GCC/Gulf recruitment is preferred
- Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes and visa documentation is an advantage
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Graduate in any discipline
