- Review RFPs, specifications, and contracts to identify scope and requirements
- Facilitate workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews
- Document current state and identify gaps
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Define business rules and user permissions
- Establish acceptance criteria for requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- 4-8 years of business analysis experience
- Experience with government entities in Saudi Arabia
- BRD preparation and process mapping experience
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
