A Building Surveyor is needed in Riyadh for a company that requires site inspections and technical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and technical assessments
• Identify and report structural and non-structural defects
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and regulations
• Prepare snag lists, dilapidation schedules, and condition reports
• Produce technical reports and cost estimates
• Liaise with clients, facility managers, and contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• years of experience in building surveying or site inspection in the Gulf/Middle East
• Strong understanding of building technology and Saudi Building Code (SBC)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and survey reporting software
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
• Valid driver's license and transferable Iqama
