Responsibilities

• Manage factory operations as a profit centre
• Lead high-performing teams and drive operational excellence
• Develop robust inspection systems
• Translate customer specifications into manufacturable designs
• Ensure quality documentation and traceability
• Independently manage production, engineering, and quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing leadership or related fields
• Strong background in quality control, inspection, and testing
• Experience in mechanical product design and development
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, 3D modelling, and engineering calculations
• Knowledge of precision engineering, valves, or related industries
• 5-10 years of experience for Quality Control Manager and Design Engineer
