A Bowl Chopper Operator is needed at a Further Processing Plant in Dahaban. The role involves independently operating a bowl chopper to produce emulsions for various meat products.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate the bowl chopper according to recipes and SOPs
- Control chopping time, speed, temperature, and ingredient addition
- Achieve required texture, emulsification, and temperature
- Follow HACCP, GMP, and hygiene requirements
- Clean and sanitize the bowl, blades, and contact surfaces
- Report any food safety risk or deviation to Supervisor and QA
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in meat or poultry further processing
- Experience operating industrial bowl choppers
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and contamination prevention
- Ability to read and follow batch sheets and SOPs
- Basic equipment troubleshooting and machine safety knowledge
- High school diploma or technical qualification
