A freelance Interior Design BIM Modeler is sought for LOD 400 projects in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed interior design BIM models
• Model interior architectural elements and custom joinery
• Produce fabrication-level details and accurate model geometry
• Incorporate material specifications and dimensions
• Coordinate interior model with other models
• Maintain BIM standards and model quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior design BIM modeling at LOD 400
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Experience with custom joinery and bespoke furniture
• Understanding of BIM standards and model coordination
• Ability to work independently
• Relevant portfolio or sample projects
