ASD is seeking a BIM Drafter to develop and maintain BIM models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit
• Prepare design drawings from BIM models
• Convert concepts into accurate BIM models and drawings
• Update models and drawings based on instructions
• Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models
• Identify clashes and report to responsible teams

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Relevant experience in BIM drafting and modeling
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks is preferred
• Good understanding of Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings
