Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors ECP
- Configure ECP, including schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll rules
- Deliver Saudi Arabia and Kuwait payroll configuration
- Design and support Employee Central to ECP integration
- Manage payroll posting to SAP S/4HANA
- Ensure payroll compliance with local regulations
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience
- Saudi Arabia payroll experience
- Kuwait payroll experience
- SAP S/4HANA payroll integration and posting experience
- SAP HCM experience
